Mauricio Pochettino was left furious in the summer, as Tottenham failed to sign Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona, as claims The Sun. Pochettino and Coutinho have worked together at Espanyol when the Brazilian midfielder was on loan from Inter Milan. The Argentinian manager, reportedly, wanted to rebuild his squad during summer as some current players attempting to leave after the Champions League final. Coutinho was linked with a move to Spurs this summer, however, he ended up joining Bayern Munich on loan from Barcelona.
