Tottenham are in talks to sign Paris Saint-Germain free agent Thomas Meunier at the end of this season, according to Express. The Belgian international right-back is out of contract with the French champions at the end of this campaign and is one of several players, who have been made available.
Spurs manager Jose Mourinho has been tracking Meunier, 28, for several months, and has earmarked the Belgian international as one of the men he wants to strengthen his defence. Meunier has played 27 times this campaign for the Ligue 1 champions, where he has provided one goal and two assists.

Tottenham could literally have one of there best ever transfer windows and it wouldn’t cost a penny in transfer fees!

Exactly the singing we need. Right age, composed good defender and I thought he was a stand out player for Belgium at the WC
