Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny is wanted by Ligue 1 outfit Bordeaux, according to
L'Equipe.
Koscielny, who has been with the Gunners since 2010, has been linked with a move away from this summer.
Bordeaux want to bring Koscielny back home to replace Jules Kounde, who is expected to complete a £24.4 million transfer to Sevilla.
Koscielny, 33, has featured 353 times for the Gunners, winning three FA Cups, while reaching two League Cup finals and a Europa League final.
Arsenal have a limited transfer budget of just £45m, so they need to raise funds if they want to sign a highly-rated player.
