Celtic boss Neil Lennon has revealed, a £3m deal to take Boli Bolingoli-Mbombo to Celtic Park is “not too far away”.
The Rapid Vienna left-back is expected to arrive in the next 48 hours and could face Sarajevo in Tuesday’s Champions League opener.
“We are not too far away and he will be another good addition to the squad,” said Lenon. “He gives us competition at left back, he’s strong, athletic and good on the ball.”
Tierney is wanted by Arsenal, however, the Gunner have had two bids rejected already. Napoli have also been linked with the Scotland international.
