Zinedine Zidane desperate for Real Madrid to sign Liverpool star

Zinedine Zidane, who has returned to the dugout at the Santiago Bernabeu is set to strengthen his squad. The French coach is planning to sign Liverpool star Sadio Mane in the summer transfer window. Mane was expected to seal a move to the Spanish capital in the summer of 2018, with Zidane desperate to make the 26-year-old his first signing, however, the manager’s sudden departure saw the deal scrapped. Mane has been in sensational form this season and he’s joint-second in the Premier League scoring charts and Liverpool may face a serious fight to keep him this summer with Zidane and Real Madrid ready to splash the cash.
