Yannick Carrasco has been an Arsenal transfer target since January, however during the winter transfer window the Gunners couldn't land him.
Yesterday it has been reported that the player's current club Dalian Yifang are demanding Arsenal to pay a fee in excess of £25m to complete the deal.
Amid the speculations linking him with Arsenal, Carrasco was asked about the North London club.
"I can't speak about the club," said Carrasco. "Now I am not the one who chooses, but my president. He decides if he lets me go or not, but I hope I can come back."
