“It has been very tough,” Young Wolves player makes an admission

Wolverhampton Wanderers’ defender Max Kilman has talked about the time that he needed to reach the level demanded for the club’s first team. The 22-year-old joined Wolves from Maidenhead United in the summer 2018 and since then is fighting for his spot in the lineup. Kilman made his debut for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side in May as a substitute in Wolves 1-0 Premier League victory over Fulham. Speaking to Express & Star, young defender said: “It has been very tough because I have had to adapt. There has been a lot of room for improvement. It has been a long process but I think I needed quite a while to adapt to training full-time and all of that. The length has been quite long but I think it was beneficial for me. My aims are just to keep getting better. I still think there is a lot of room for improvement with me. Just to get better and better everyday.” However, Kilman has started in Wolves’ 2-1 and 1-0 Europa League victories over Slovan Bratislava. Source- BirminghamLive
