Tottenham set to offer €40 million for Real Madrid star

Tottenham Hotspur are ready to offer €40 million to sign Eder Militao from Real Madrid next summer, according to Sky Sports. Los Blancos spent €50 million to complete the signing of Militao just a year ago. Militao has featured in just nine La Liga matches since joining from FC Porto. It remains unclear whether Real Madrid would allow him to join Jose Mourinho's side.
