Tottenham have edged ahead of Real Madrid in the transfer scrap for Napoli star Kalidou Koulibaly, according to <a href="https://eldesmarque.com/madrid/real-madrid/noticias/182923-mourinho-dobla-la-oferta-florentino-perez-no-puede-hacer-nada-se-va-ed">El Desmarque</a>.

Manchester United, Paris Saint-German and other clubs have been interested in Koulibaly, who joined Napoli from Genk in 2014.

Jose Mourinho has gone into battle with former club Real Madrid for the defender.

Spurs have reportedly doubled an offer from Real Madrid which now has them winning the race.
