Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy makes £55m transfer decision after meeting held

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has reportedly refused at Inter Milan's £55million asking price for Milan Skriniar. Spurs are aiming to make at least one more addition after signings of Gareth bale and Sergio Reguilon. Jose Mourinho has mixed between Eric Dier, Davinson Sanchez and Toby Alderweireld as his defensive partnership but now he wants to sign Skriniar. Inter are willing to let him go, but according to Tutto Mercato Web, Levy made it clear he doesn't want to pay £55million and would rather do a swap deal. Meanwhile, Tottenham face Shkendija in the third qualifying round of the Europa League on Thursday evening.
