Timothy Fosu-Mensah took to Twitter to send a message to Manchester United and its fans after completing a move to Bayer Leverkusen. United confirmed that Fosu-Mensah has completed a permanent move to Bayer Leverkusen for an undisclosed fee. During this season, the 23-year-old made just three appearances for the Red Devils. He posted a picture on his Twitter account with a caption: "Forever in my heart.. the staff, the players, the fans! Thankyou for everything."
