Newcastle United will be without Jamaal Lascelles, Matt Ritchie and Paul Dummett when they face the Premier League rivals Norwich City in the midweek, Eddie Howe has confirmed.
According to the Magpies' manager, Lascelles, and Ritchie will be out of action due to the suspension they have picked during the Arsenal clash.
Elliot Anderson is also doubtful to feature after suffering an injury in the U23s’ abandoned match versus Aston Villa on Friday.
As for Dwight Gayle, he is likely to return after missing Saturday's game due to a hamstring complaint.
“We have the two suspensions [Jamaal Lascelles & Matt Ritchie]," Howe said.
“They’re going to be big misses for us with the experience they have.
“But I don’t think there are any fresh injuries from Saturday.”
“Dwight Gayle may possibly be back.”
