Thiago Silva sends a message as Chelsea beat Atletico Madrid to reach quarter-finals

    Chelsea celebrated a 2-0 (3-0 on aggregate) victory over Atletico Madrid in the Champions League last-16 and reached the quarter-finals on Wednesday. Goals from Hakim Ziyech and Emerson Palmieri helped the Blues to celebrate a victory. Thiago Silva, who failed to completely recover from his thigh injury, watched the game from the stands. The 36-year-old was pictured coaching his teammates during the game.     Silva was also pictured celebrating Chelsea's second goal with Mason Mount and Jorginho, while on stands.     And following the game he took to Twitter and wrote: "We are through to the last 8 after a tough game against a strong opponent. Let’s go @ChelseaFC 🔵🔵 #CHEATM."
