The Sun reports, Manchester City are considering to sign Napoli star Kalidou Koulibaly in the summer and they are prepared to sell John Stones to make a room for the new signing.
Stones joined Manchester City from Everton in 2016 and currently earns £100,000-a-week in wages.
He spent a brilliant couple of seasons at Etihad, however, his injury struggles affected his performances.
Stones made just 12 Premier League appearances in 2019/20.
The fact that they did not replace former captain and club legend Vincent Kompany has come back to torment Pep Guardiola’s team on a number of occasions.
It is clear that Manchester City need reinforcements at the back.
