The Telegraph: Jose Mourinho plans to offload THREE players in January

Jose Mourinho plans to trim Tottenham squad ahead of the second part of the season. Portuguese manager, who has earlier said that he preferred to work with 21 outfield players (+ goalkeepers). Currently, he has 25 players inherited since replacing Mauricio Pochettino. Victor Wanyama, Danny Rose and Christian Eriksen are the players that are free to leave Spurs during the January transfer window.  Wanyama has offers from Hertha Berlin and Chinese clubs. Former Celtic midfielder hasn’t started for Tottenham since April.  Danny Rose, meanwhile, wants to stay in North London until the end of his contract, which is expiring in 18 months. However, England national team left back to find for a new team as he could lack a playing time ahead of Euro - 2020 if he stays at Spurs.  Christian Eriksen has earlier told the club he’s not going to extend his contract. While he could leave in summer for free, Tottenham are planning to sell him to earn some money from the departure of the Dane.  Daniel Levy has earlier told media Eriksen could be sold to one of the Premier League rivals.  Tottenham will face Chelsea at home ground this weekend.
