talkSPORT pundit suggests sensational Arsenal swap deal

Former Arsenal star Perry Groves has proposed a swap deal between Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain, with the Gunners receiving Adrien Rabiot and PSG Mesut Ozil. Groves sees a solution: “I think PSG might be a little option for him [Ozil],” he told talkSPORT. “One, they can pay his wages. But two, they’ve got the lad Adrien Rabiot. Unai Emery likes him, as well, because he plays in the ten but he works hard. “He’s at an impasse with PSG at the moment because he won’t sign a new contract, so they’ve said ‘you don’t sign a contract, you ain’t playing’. So, basically, he can talk to clubs on January 1 and he’s probably going to tread water until the end of the season. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is, like, a little swap deal,” he finished. Ozil was the topic of many rumours, as we reported before; Arsenal will investigate the possibility of a swap deal involving Mesut Ozil for Real Madrid’s Isco, meanwhile, Bild+ claimed that Ozil wants to stay at Arsenal as long as possible.
