Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry finally returned to the court Thursday night in a 121-113 loss to the Toronto Raptors, after missing more than four months due to a broken left hand.
However, ahead of Warriors game against Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday, the club released a statement, which confirmed that Curry will miss the game due to the flu.

Ahead of the game, Steve Kerr spoke out on Curry’s flu.
“I was with Steph [on Friday] in practice and also in Oakland yesterday afternoon, and he was fine,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr said before the game.
“So he woke up this morning feeling sick. I know his young son was sick for a couple of days, so he probably got it from his son, but our doctors checked him out, and it is the basic flu.”
