Solskjaer gives his advice to 'Big Dunc' and Everton

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has given his advice to Everton's new manager Duncan Ferguson ahead of the club's Premier League clash. Though Everton have already celebrated their first win in charge of Ferguson, United will be looking for their next win during the upcoming match. Solskjaer believes 'Big Dunc' is one of the latest trends of former players being appointed to follow the great club's traditions as Chelsea’s Frank Lampard and Freddie Ljungberg at Arsenal. The Red Devils boss said: “It's about Duncan, he knows Everton. Frank knows Chelsea. Fredrik has been at Arsenal and knows Arsenal well. I know this club well. I don't know how other clubs think but I know we have traditions we need to keep. We need to stick to them and the values of the club. The others might start thinking the same. Play his second team against us! Play his reserves! But just to be himself. If you try to be someone else you're going to get found out anyway in the end. That's what I've always tried to be, myself. I’m sure Big Dunc is the same. He was 100 per cent action and passion as a player and I'm sure he's the same as a manager.” United will face their Premier League rivals, Everton, at Old Trafford on Sunday.
