Rugby League in Scotland makes decision amid coronavirus crisis

Rugby League in Scotland has been suspended indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic. SRL has confirmed the decision with a statement: “Scotland Rugby League are continuing to review the current situation regarding the ongoing coronavirus situation. “With the continued governments restrictions on public gatherings and the resulting pressure on emergency services and healthcare provision, Scotland Rugby League has decided that all rugby league activity in Scotland is suspended until further notice. “This will impact all rugby league training, festivals, development days and other rugby events, which come under Scotland Rugby League’s jurisdiction. “During this suspension period Scotland Rugby League will follow government advice at all times, undertake further assessment and advise on any further action that may be required.” Source- Love Rugby League
