Roger Federer boosted by Novak Djokovic loss at Paris Masters

20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer’s hopes of winning the ATP Tour Finals next week will be boosted after Karen Khachanov has won his first ATP Masters 1000 title after a shock straight-sets win against Novak Djokovic 7-5 6-4, according to Greg Rusedski. “I would say, Federer. If Federer plays like he did against Novak Djokovic and says ‘Ok, I feel good now, I am relaxing’ he has got a shot,” Rusedski told Sky Sports. “Also the court is a little bit quicker and the ball slides through more. But we have got to see a consistent Federer and that was by far his best match in a long while. Don’t write out Roger Federer because he is desperate to win another title this year.” Source- Express.co.uk
