Roberto Carlos has claimed that Mohamed Salah "won't even get close" to Sergio Ramos when Liverpool face Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-finals. The next month's clashes is a repeat of the 2017/18 European Cup final, when Sergio Ramos infamously injured Mohamed Salah. That match, which Madrid won 3-1 after two calamitous errors from goalkeeper Loris Karius, was marred when Los Blancos captain Ramos fouled Salah in the 22nd minute - prematurely ending the Egypt superstar's involvement in the showpiece event after his stunning 44-goal season.
