Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski believes Manchester City winger Leroy Sane could help his club next season should he join to the club in the summer transfer market.
The Bundesliga champions weighing up a bid of more than £50 million to land Sane from Manchester City when the transfer window opens. City have made it clear they would reject the £35m at which Bayern valued Sane when their interest re-emerged recently.
Speaking to Goal, the Polish striker said: “
There is a lot of speculation. I can only say that he is a great player with great skills who can harmonise very well with his team-mates.
“Not just in the Premier League or the Champions League, we’ve already seen what he could do at Schalke. He could certainly help us find new solutions in our game.”
Sane has scored 39 and assisted 45 goals in 134 appearances since he joined Manchester City. He hasn’t featured in the current campaign after suffering a serious anterior cruciate ligament injury.
