Real Madrid have agreed a €100 million (£88.5m) fee with Chelsea for Eden Hazard.
The Belgium international has just a year remaining on his contract with Chelsea and has told the club he will not sign a new deal.
Madrid have been in talks with Chelsea to discuss a deal and according to The Guardian, an agreement has been reached where the Spanish club will pay €100m (£88.5m) plus add-ons for Hazard.
Reports also claim that that the deal will formally announced by Madrid within the next few days.
