Tuttosport, the Italian publication who established the award back in 2003, have released 100-man list nominees for the Golden Boy 2019 award. All nominees must be under the age of 21 and play in a European nation's top tier. The 100-man list includes names such as Matthijs de Ligt, Joao Felix, Jadon Sancho as well as Matteo Guendouzi, Callum Hudson-Odoi and many more. Last year's winner was Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt who has been at the center of attention during this whole season as he is a subject of speculations linking him with big European clubs like Manchester United, PSG, Barcelona, Liverpool and Juventus.
