The reason why Eden Hazard wore number 50 on Real Madrid debut revealed

After making his dream move from Chelsea to Real Madrid, Eden Hazard is expected to take number 23 as number 7 and number 10 aren't available for the Belgian star. However, during Real Madrid's 3-1 defeat to Bayern Munich in the International Champions Cup, Hazard was pictured wearing an unusual number "50".

The Sun reports that Hazard wore number 50 on his debut for the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing. On July 20, 1969 Neil Armstrong stepped on the lunar surface, after which he said: "One small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind".
