Regardless of Chelsea transfer ban, they are confident of signing Hazard. According to AS, Zinedine Zidane, Hazard and Real Madrid are fully agreed on the deal. The complication is Chelsea, who are reported to want no less than £100million, while Real Madrid want to pay between £69m and £78m.
