Real Madrid favourites to beat Manchester United to Paulo Dybala deal

Real Madrid have been linked to Juventus star Paulo Dybala for years but his move to Serie A club in 2015 effectively put their interest on ice. The 24-year-old could be soon on the move, with the bookies placing Real Madrid ahead of Manchester United in the race to snap up the Argentine. On Wednesday Palermo owner Maurizio Zamparini revealed he expects the striker to leave Juve when the January transfer window opens - and Real Madrid are the team he will join. "Every time he is left out, it makes me want to cry," Zamparini, who sanctioned Dybala’s exit, told RMC Sport. "He's on the bench because of Allegri. Allegri should come to Palermo and win the Scudetto. "Two years ago, I sent Dybala a message and advised him to go to Spain, not Italy. "He'll leave because Juventus want to get €120million (£106million). In January, I think he'll leave for Spain. He has offered in Spain and England.”
