Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo clapped back to the Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane for his transfer comments about Kylian Mbappe.
On Tuesday, when Zidane was asked about the 20-year-old’s possible move to Madrid, he said that it was a “dream” for Mbappe.
"It is the player who is going to decide what he is going to do. At the moment he is a player for Paris Saint-Germain, but I know he said that his dream was always to play for Real Madrid."
However, PSG sporting director Leonardo revealed he is not happy with Zidane’s comments:
“Honestly, it bothers me a bit, it is annoying,” he said in an interview with RMC Sport. I do not think it is a good time to talk about this. He should stop and leave him alone. He is a player that has a contract with us for the next 2 and a half years."
