PSG offer €270 million for Philippe Coutinho

Reports from Spain claim that Paris Saint-Germain have submitted a €270 million bid to sign Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona. The Brazil international joined Barcelona from Liverpool for £142m in the January transfer window Mundo Devortivo claims that PSG have submitted their world-record offer to one of Coutinho’s representatives. However, Barcelona will allow the Brazil international go only if PSG meet his €400m (£353m) release clause. Coutinho has made 22 appearances in all competitions, scoring 10 goals and providing six assists since joining Barcelona.
