Premier League club 'offered Phillipe Coutinho swap deal' as Barcelona aim to solve two problems

Barcelona have reportedly offered Phillipe Coutinho to Arsenal in a swap deal for Matteo Guendouzi, according to French news outlet Foot Mercato. The Catalan giants want to find a suitors for the Brazilian, who is not in their future plans. Arsenal, meanwhile, reportedly looking to sell Guendouzi after the French teenager has been left out for starting line-up for his behaviour in the defeat to Brighton. Guendouzi narrowly avoided being hit with a ban after grabbing Seagulls striker Neal Maupay around the throat. Barcelona and Arsenal may have come up with a plan that solves both their problems. The Gunners want someone like Coutinho and the Brazilian may take them to the next level. However, Guendouzi, who has apparently lost his way in north London, is yet to make up his mind on his next destination. Coutinho, also, is yet to decide whether he wants to remain at Barcelona.
