Paul Pogba pays tribute to Lionel Messi after France beat Argentina

Manchester United superstar Paul Pogba has paid tribute to Barcelona star forward Lionel Messi after France knocked Argentina out of the World Cup 2018 beating them 4-3. Poba helped France to register a victory with the help of Kylian Mbappe. And now it remains unclear whether Messi will appear in a World Cup and Pogba was quick to console the 31-year-old after the game. After the  win Pogba approached Messi and wrapped his arms around the forward, who seemed to appreciate the gesture. The United player paid his respects to Messi after the match, saying that the Blaugrana man will forever be one of his greatest footballing idols. He said: ‘When you play against the best footballer of the last ten years, I watch and learn from him. ‘Messi makes me love football. He will always be my idol.’ France move on in the competition to take on another South America side in Uruguay.
