Marcus Rashford reveals how England prepare for World Cup penalty

England will face Colombia in the round of 16 on Tuesday and Manchester United striker insists his side is ready for the match even if a penalty shootout is required. ‘I think he [Gareth Southgate] knows the players who are confident in those circumstances. I’d be willing to step forward,’ Rashford said. ‘Not everybody here is a penalty taker for their club. It’s more if you feel comfortable taking one, which I do, that’s the way you go about it. ‘If you don’t feel comfortable you have to be honest with yourself. That gives the team the best chance.’ England beat Tunisia and Panama to ensure their qualification from the group behind Belgium. A penalty will be required only if both sides have equak score even after additional 30 minutes.
