Leroy Sane has emerged as the top transfer target for Bayern Munich. The German club has declared their interest in signing the 23-year-old winger.
However, Manchester City star wants to remain at the Etihad.
Although not a regular starter, Sané hopes to gain favour in Pep Guardiola’s side this upcoming season.
Bayern Munich have already confirmed the signings of Lucas Hernandez and Benjamin Pavard, and the German giants will now put all their efforts into signing a top class winger.
If the German giants fail to secure Sane’s transfer, they have a number of options.

Yannick Carrasco is now the latest winger linked with a move to Bayern.
According to
Sport Bild, Bayern have identified Carrasco as a possible alternative to Sane. The Belgian international is currently playing for Dalian Yifang, but Carrasco recently admitted that he wants to return to Europe this summer.

Bayern Munich remain keen to sign Chelsea’s Callum Hudson Odoi.
The 18-year-old, who has just one year remaining on his contract, was the subject of several huge bids from Bayern in January, but Chelsea refused to let him leave and instead offered him more opportunities in the first team, until he suffered a season-ending Achilles injury in April. However, Bayern are still keen on Hudson-Odoi, especially when they fail to complete Manchester City’s Leroy Sane’s deal.
