Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has suggested that Alexandre Lacazette will get more playing time from now.
Gunners boss has been impressed by Lacazette’s latest performances, and believes that the Arsenal striker is in a great moment now. The 29-year-old has been among the goals lately and has emerged as a big player for the north London club.
Former Lyon striker has scored seven goals in 10 Premier League starts and has scored one goal in three Europa League games for Arsenal so far this season.
Arteta told
Goal.com about Lacazette:
“He was great. He needed that confidence with the goals.
“His work rate is always there, he’s always fighting for the team but he needed that luck for the ball to land to him in the right moments.
“I think he’s in a great moment, we have to take advantage of that and give him minutes because it seems like he’s enjoying it.”
