Borussia Dortmund Sporting Director Michael Zorc has spoken out on speculations linking Julian Brandt to Arsenal.
According to Sport Bild reporter Christian Falk, as per the Daily Express, the Gunners’ interest in Brandt is genuine and the Arsenal players are already ‘discussing’ his potential arrival.
Brandt was an unused substitute during Dortmund’s 2-0 victory over Wolfsburg on Sunday, however as per Sport Bild, it had nothing to do with a possible transfer.
“My years of activity have taught me that I don’t rule anything out at the beginning of a transfer period,” Zorc said as per Sport Bild.
The fact that #Brandt was on the bench for 90 minutes yesterday had nothing to do with a possible transfer. @BVB doesn’t plan to let him go. But Zorc also says: "My years of activity have taught me that I don't rule anything out at the beginning of a transfer period." #BVB #AFC
