Mesut Ozil sends a message to Unai Emery after being left out of the squad
Arsenal star Mesut Ozil has lost his place in starting lineup during last months, as Unai Emery wants him to be sold.
German international is one of the highest paid players in EPL, and as Emery doesn’t trust him, club may want to sell him. There were several offers from Europe and China during January transfer window, but World Cup 2014 champion decided not to leave North London, as he feels comfortable at Arsenal.
And while being under such a pressure from his coach, Ozil keeps on sending messages to Emery and Arsenal fans, mentioning that he stays because he loves the club, not for money, or something else.
This time, Ozil has written on twitter the words of Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp: “When you start supporting a football club, you don't support it because of the trophies, or a player, or history, you support it because you found yourself somewhere there; found a place where you belong. || #DennisBergkamp”
