Maurizio Sarri will reportedly target another reunion with Jorginho at Juventus this summer, as the midfielder is considering to depart from Chelsea.
Former Chelsea boss first worked with Jorginho at Napoli, where the they came close to winning the Serie A title in the 2017/18 campaign.
However, at the end of that season, Sarri moved to Stamford Bridge and brought his favourite midfielder with him, paying £50m to prise him away from Naples.
As TuttoJuve report, Sarri wants to team up with Jorginho for a third time at the end of the present campaign.
The Italian outlet spoke to Jorginho’s agent, Joao Santos, who left the door open for a potential return to Serie A in the summer transfer window.
“Jorginho has a three-year contract with Chelsea, the priority is clearly to stay here but we could also consider leaving the club in July,” he said.
“Why should Juventus not be possible? It is the most important team in Italy, the one that has won the most in recent years. We would not say no to the Bianconeri.
“It’s normal, because Sarri was Jorge’s coach at both Napoli and Chelsea.
“In these four years he has been fundamental in his game, he knows the mechanisms very well and that’s why they talk about it.
“If Juventus – who have a very important squad – should he need it and Chelsea would be available for sale, we could certainly evaluate their proposal.
“And then it would be up to the companies to find the agreement.”
Since his arrival to the Stamford Bridge Jorginho has made 86 appearances for the Blues and has netted nine times.
