Mauricio Pochettino's not happy with the uncertainty over Christian Eriksen

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino thinks the transfer uncertainty over Christian Eriksen harms the player and the club. Spurs have started the 2019/20 campaign with a home win against Aston Villa and away draw against back-to-back champions Manchester City. Eriksen played in both matches, but his future his still uncertain as several clubs, including Juventus, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, are interested in signing Denmark international. Eriksen has joined Tottenham in 2013 from Ajax Amsterdam. After the end of the last season he announced about being ready for new challenges, but is still in North London. “It’s not the best situation for him (Eriksen) and for everyone, it is not what I think the club or the player expected (it) to be. You cannot put a finger on the problem. You try to minimalise the problem, try to treat the situation. This is an important player who needs to help the team with his performances." Pochettino said.
