Mauricio Pochettino press-conference after beating Real Madrid: Audi Cup

Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino has spoken out on the victory over Real Madrid in the first match of Audi Cup and team's performnce. Harry Kane scored the only goal to seal another pre-season victory for Spurs. Tottenham have recently beaten Juventus due to Kane's late goal. "We are looking to be better every single day. We want to start the season strong and out objective is to start in a good dynamic." Pochettino said when asked to evaluate the performance of his team (via Football London). "I think I am happy as we’ve played three tough games. It’s a very unique pre-season for us. We are doing well but the most important is the feeling we are getting from all these training sessions and the games. We need to improve and hope the next few weeks we can compete at our best." he added. When asked to speak about the transfers and if Spurs will enter the market again, Pochettino added that he is the coach and his job is to coach the team.
