Marcelo tells Isco to 'work hard' for Real Madrid place amid Arsenal links

Marcelo has told Isco to focus and ‘work hard’ after being excluded from the squad against Roma on Tuesday. “I’m not someone to give out advice,” Marcelo told reporters [Diario Sport]. "All of us are adults, we are fathers, we have families and we need to know how to be professional, everyone wants to play and if you want to play then you must work. “I’m not saying that he (Isco) is not working but when you see you have made a mistake you must improve.” It has been reported that Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea are considering a move for Real Madrid midfielder Isco. Madrid based radio station Cadena Cope claims that Isco has a “lack of respect” for the new Bernabeu boss Santiago Solari. He has also been linked with  Italian clubs Napoli and AC Milan.
