Manchester United players have been told to avoid going outside when travelling 7000 miles to Kazakhstan for the Europa League clash.
The game is set to be played in minus 20 degrees Celsius, though the 30000 seater stadium has a roof for protecting players.
The club players were told not to be indoors more than 10 minutes to be fit for the Astana clash, reports

United have won three of their four group L games, being already qualified for the knockout stages. If the upcoming fixture ends with the Red Devils' win, they will be the leaders of the group.
The English club defeated Astana 1 - 0 at Old Trafford the last time the teams met due to Manson Greenwood's goal.
This time the club boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is likely to give his youngsters playing time as David de Gea, Harry Maguire and Marcus Rashford have to be rested.
The Red Devils will face their Europa League rivals, Astana, on Thursday.
