Manchester United players decided who they want as their permanent manager

Manchester United players want Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to be given the permanent position as the club manager in the summer. Solskjaer took over from sacked Jose Mourinho in December and will be the club’s caretaker manager until the end of the season. The United board will make a decision about permanent manager in the summer and they want to see Tottenham’s Mauricio Pochettino as their ideal choice. Solskjaer has claimed five wins in his first five games, and seems to have breathed new life into the likes of Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford. Red Devils have taken to Solskjaer’s management style and want him to remain at Old Trafford beyond this season. Solskjaer’s first real test under Solskjaer comes this weekend when the Red Devils travel to Wembley to take on Tottenham in the Premier League.
