Manchester United have reportedly made a contact to sign Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos.
The 34-year-old's contract is due to expire this season, and there has been numerous reports over so many clubs wanting to secure the veteran defender's signature.
Sports journalist Ian McGarry has told Transfer Window Podcast on
Youtube, that Manchester United have made contact to sign Ramos.
Los Blancos captain is currently earning a salary of around 12.5 million euros net per year i.e. about £214,000-a-week (
AS). At Old Trafford, there are a few players who earn more than the 2010 World Cup winner (
The Sun).
Ramos has won every major prize multiple times with the 13-time European Champions. Moreover, he has won all the major titles with the national team as well and is currently the captain of both the sides.
