Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has three midfield targets for next transfer window

Manchester United are still interested in signing Jude Bellingham, Jack Grealish and James Maddison when the transfer window reopens, according to Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol. Birmingham City's 16-year-old sensation Bellingham was shown around the United training ground last month. Aston Villa captain Grealish and Leicester City star Maddison are also linked with United after fine seasons for their respective clubs. "If Manchester United were to release [Pogba] and get, what, £80m-£90m-£100m for him, it would release funds for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to go back into the market once more," Sheth said. "But then Solskjaer would have a decision to make, wouldn't he. What is the priority? What is the priority position at Manchester United? "Does he bring in a striker of the ilk of Harry Kane or Timo Werner or does he focus on another area? Just to let you know what's happening at the club at the moment, they triggered the one-year option on Nemanja Matic's contract and talks are underway for a longer-term deal for Matic as well. But they're also looking longer team, they're looking at the likes of Birmingham City's Jude Bellingham, Jack Grealish from Aston Villa, even James Maddison from Leicester City. "So plenty of decisions to make for Manchester United but then on the flip side, you've got to look at the player as well. Any potential arrivals may want to play Champions League football and as it stands that's far from guaranteed at Old Trafford next season." Source: Express
