Manchester City will not let Ederson and Gabriel Jesus play in Brazil’s World Cup qualifiers due to Coronavirus quarantine rules, according to Daily Telegraph Sport Investigations Reporter Ben Rumsby (via City Xtra).
The Citizen’s duo plays an important role in Pep Guardiola’s squad, while the quarantine rules will see them missing some key matches.
The Times journalists Martyn Ziegler and Paul Joyce, meanwhile, claim that City could agree on letting their players join the Brazil squad only if the authorities can find a solution regarding the quarantine.
#ManCity will prevent Ederson and Gabriel Jesus from joining the Brazil squad, unless authorities can find a solution whereby both players would not have to quarantine for ten days in a hotel upon their return to the UK.
