What Manchester City star Gabriel Jesus told Nicolas Otamendi ahead of Brazil vs Argentina clash

Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus has joked he is not afraid to hit back at Nicolas Otamendi during today's international match between Argentina and Brazil. The South American players will face each other on both sides of the fence. Ederson won't feature for Brazil, while Jesus and Fernandinho are in the playing squad. Argentina will have Sergio Aguero and Otamendi for the fixture. Jesus joked that he wouldn't be afraid to punish his City teammate during the upcoming match. He told Sky Sports: "I talked to Otamendi, I was joking with him - I said if he bumped me, I would give it back! When we are together in the club, we all swim in the same direction. Now I defend my country, and they [defend] their own country. Let them do their best, but there is a rivalry." Otamnedi also shared his thoughts concerning the upcoming fixture, saying: "It's always good to play a match of this magnitude - Brazil and Argentina is the greatest soccer classic. I always play very hard, with star players on the other side too. Hopefully it is a good show and hopefully, we will be victorious."
