Manchester City man agrees personal terms with Italian giants AC Milan

Manchester City's Bernardo Silva has reportedly agreed personal terms with AC Milan. Journalist Ekrem Konur reports, that although personal terms have been agreed, the two sides haven't yet reached an agreement on a transfer fee.
