Manchester City could hand a new injury concern as the club star Kevin De Bruyne was substituted in Belgium defeat to England on Sunday.
The Three Lions managed to beat the rivals with a 2 - 1 score in the UEFA Nations League, while De Bruyne was replaced in the 73' minute of the clash as he was not feeling right.
"I would not say that Kevin is injured. He said he felt something. It is too early to know what he has, but he did not feel a hundred percent. It was rather a precautionary change," Belgium manager Roberto Martinez said.
City midfielder's potential injury may force him to miss Belgium's next match against Iceland on Wednesday, according to
Voetbal Nieuws, with Pep Guardiola facing another injury concern in the squad.
