Manchester City will delay Kevin De Bruyne’s return to the team.
The Belgium international has only featured on five games for City this season, having suffered two separate knee injuries since the start of the campaign.
De Bruyne last played against Fulham at the start of this month, but it had been thought that he would return for the clash with Bournemouth this weekend, however, City will play it safe.
According to The Telegraph, the 27-year-old could miss the key clash with Chelsea on December 8 before returning for the festive matches.
De Bryune scored 12 goals and provided 21 assists in his 52 appearances for City last season.
