Liverpool must pay £67 plus Sadio Mane if they want to sign Real Madrid winger

Liverpool are reportedly keen on pursuing a deal for Real Madrid winger Marco Asensio. According to El Desmarque, Liverpool are still keen on the 23-year-old as Jurgen Klopp looks to bolster his attacking options. Asensio can play out on the left or centrally and would be a great option for the Reds going forward. However, the Spanish giants are demanding a sizeable fee and Sadio Mane – something that can hardly happen as Mane scored 26 goals in all competitions, while Asensio managed just six. Asensio has struggled for game time at the Bernabeu, but as HITC points out, Reds boss Klopp has a reputation for getting the best out of his players, and Asensio is at the right age to develop and potentially become a superstar at Anfield.
